Lung Transplant Patient Support Program

This year, we are launching our Lung Transplant Patient Support Program. This program is to help lung transplant patients find useful resources and financial assistance to improve their quality of life and increase their chance of survival.

This program will include:

1. Online Resources
   1. We will have a page on our website which will be constantly updated with the latest helpful resources for lung transplant patients.
   2. A social aspect to our website where lung transplant patients can talk to other lung transplant patients and share their experiences.
   3. We will continue interviewing lung transplant patients and sharing their stories with you all on our website and social media so you can learn from their journey.
2. Financial Assistance
   1. We will hold fundraisers for lung transplant patients or potential lung transplant patients to assist them with medical bills.
